The company was founded with the aim of providing first class customer service in the IT sector for the Hull, East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire region. Experienced IT professional, having worked in both front-line and management roles in a number of environments including in-house IT and managed service providers. Previous roles include Service Desk Team Leader, Senior IT Strategist and Group IT Manager. Have carried out projects for a number of larger organisations, including Reckitt Benckiser, Seafish Industry Authority, Associated British Ports and Hull FC. Qualifications include a BA (Hons) degree in Digital Media, Post Graduate Certificate in Education, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, ILM Certificate in First Line Management, ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and Certified Data Protection Officer.
IT Support Manager
With over 25 years IT experience spread over both the public and private sectors, Tony is a valuable addition to our team and growth plans. He has worked with Humberside County Council (as it then was), with law enforcement, transport and haulage, and food manufacturing so there is not much he cannot deal with. A particular specialism is in virtualisation, whereby several different systems present as one on a single piece of equipment.
Dan is our apprentice who will be spending most of his first year learning the ropes. Rest assured he will not be working on anything solo until we are happy he is trained up to Trenton standards! He will be studying IT Infrastructure with QA in Leeds and also working towards some Microsoft and BCS certifications.
