Previous roles include Service Desk Team Leader, Senior IT Strategist and Group IT Manager. Have carried out projects for a number of larger organisations, including Reckitt Benckiser, Seafish Industry Authority, Associated British Ports and Hull FC. Qualifications include a BA (Hons) degree in Digital Media, Post Graduate Certificate in Education, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, ILM Certificate in First Line Management, ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and Certified Data Protection Officer.
Self-motivated Systems Support Manager with over 23 years’ experience gained within corporate manufacturing, pharmaceutical companies and within two emergency services (NHS & Police). Following that I worked in the IT Cloud Service provider sector, with particular skills in providing telephone and onsite support and having the ability to work in stringent ITIL environments using Industry standard technologies. Exceptional customer service with root cause diagnosis and resolution of support issues or customer requirements are my daily focus. Good communicator who develops excellent customer relations.
